Project details: After losing their son Michael to pediatric cancer, Patti and Al Gustafson created the Swifty Foundation and dedicated themselves to funding vital research so that Michael’s “master plan” of giving his life so that “no other child will have to go through what I did” could become a reality. Effectively getting their message across was a job that they entrusted to Bureau Gravity. Their annual appeal of 2016 needed to explain the complicated problem and solution of their chosen focus in a way that enabled people to understand, care and take action. Bureau Gravity strategized a comprehensive plan that did just that—helping Swifty Foundation to surpass its goal and expand Michael’s legacy.
